CRITICAL DONOR INFORMATION: 501(c)(3) STATUS PENDING
The Fluent World Foundation, Inc. is a Nevada nonprofit corporation and has submitted its application for recognition of exemption from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Form 1023) to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The IRS has confirmed receipt of our application. Under IRS rules, if our application is approved, our tax-exempt status will be effective retroactively to our date of incorporation (November 2025).

- Current Deductibility: Your donation is deductible as a charitable contribution on your tax return, provided you itemize.
- Risk Disclosure: Should the IRS deny our application (a highly unlikely event given our organizational structure and public filing documents), your contribution would no longer be deductible.
- Commitment: In the event of an unlikely denial, The Fluent World Foundation, Inc. is committed to returning any donation received during the pending period, upon written request.
